1. Products

All items sold are vintage and one-of-a-kind. Products may show signs of wear due to age. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, but minor variations may occur. Buyers are encouraged to review all photos, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 2 hours of purchase, before the item is packed for shipping.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing from Inherit, you acknowledge that all sales are final except as expressly described in the Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, branding, product photography, and written descriptions, is the property of Inherit, LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

8. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number to Inherit, you consent to receive transactional and operational text messages from us, including order confirmations, shipping updates, fulfillment notifications, and customer service replies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Inherit and its underlying carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All vintage items are sold "AS IS." Due to the unique nature of pre-owned and vintage merchandise, items may show signs of wear consistent with age. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
