Return & Refund Policy
All items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, and may show signs of wear consistent with age. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe each piece.
All Sales Final. Due to the unique nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Item Condition. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Any notable flaws will be clearly shown or mentioned.
Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been packed for shipping. After that point, all sales are final.
Damaged in Shipping. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item AND the packaging. We'll file a claim with the carrier and resolve case-by-case.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders. If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We respond within 2 business days. If a refund or replacement is warranted, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Lost Packages. If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact your local carrier first. If unresolved after 7 days, reach out to us.
Sizing. Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing. Please refer to the listed measurements to ensure proper fit.
Shipping Costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
