Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Inherit. Below is information about how we handle and ship your order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak periods (new drops, holidays), processing may take slightly longer; we will communicate any delays via email.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, selecting the carrier and service level based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All shipments include tracking.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please Note: When listed, free shipping may be available for certain order values, during certain seasons, or when listed as an available option.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is not currently offered. We are working to expand to additional countries — check back for updates, or reach out to info@inheritvintage.com if you have a specific request.

5. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, and any safe drop locations
  • Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS) for assistance
  • If still unresolved after 7 days, contact us at orders@inheritvintage.com and we will do our best to help

We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after carrier confirmation of delivery, but we will assist in filing carrier claims where applicable.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item AND the packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue case-by-case in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. While we strive to meet stated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.
